This page explains the basic handling of information you voluntarily share with CLOVEKA through the website form or its contact channels.

What we collect

The form asks for your name, an email or WhatsApp number, and a description of what you need to achieve. It may also record attribution data such as the landing page or campaign parameters.

How we use it

We use this information only to answer your inquiry, understand its context, and follow up on the conversation. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and message contents are not sent to Google Analytics.

Providers

The form uses Netlify Forms as a temporary record. Hosting and measurement providers, when enabled, may process the technical information needed to provide and protect the service.

Retention

We retain inquiries for as long as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain a reasonable business record. Information that is no longer necessary may be deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of submitted information by writing to hello@cloveka.com.
